Resus Review Beta Back

Privacy notice

Version 1.0 · 25 August 2026
Not yet in force. A draft prepared alongside the service. The controller must be named, the ICO registration completed, and the notice checked before anyone registers.

Who is responsible

Dr. Daniel Zajarias-Fainsod, trading as Resus Review, of 11 Queen's Gate, Oxford, OX2 8HH, is the data controller. Contact review@resussummit.com about anything on this page, including any request under the rights listed below.

The service is built to hold as little about you as possible. Your email address is the only thing you have to give us, and it exists so that you can sign in — there is no password to store. A name is optional and is used only to address you. Card details never reach us at all; Stripe collects and holds them.

Resus Review is run at present by one person rather than by a company. If it is later incorporated, that company becomes the controller in place of the person named above. We will tell you by email before that happens and update this page with the new name and details. What we hold, why we hold it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it do not change.

Payment data

Card details are collected and held by Stripe, not by us. We receive only a customer reference, the subscription status and the renewal date. Stripe processes this as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

The watermark

Each page of the revision text is served carrying your name, email address and the time you opened it. This is visible to you and is the mechanism by which the licence terms are enforced. It means a copy of a page identifies the account that fetched it.

Who else sees your data

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

If the business changes hands

If Resus Review incorporates as a company, or is sold to another business, your account and billing records pass to the new owner so that your subscription carries on without interruption. We will tell you by email at least 30 days beforehand. The new owner may use your data only for the purposes set out in this notice, and every right described below stays with you.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or ask for it in a portable form. Email review@resussummit.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), or to the supervisory authority where you live.

Cookies

One cookie, rr_session, which keeps you signed in. It is strictly necessary for the service, so there is no consent banner. We use no analytics or advertising cookies.
